"The hotel has a lovely view across Girona although it’s quite a walk up the hill to get there. Very close to the city and public transport. The communal areas are all well maintained however the rooms whilst modern need a little bit of work as they are tired in places. There is a small outdoor pool and sun loungers on the terrace. "The hotel is in a great location set back from the main beach promenade. Clean hotel and the staff are nice.
Shame you cannot get coffee early in the morning as it’s only included if you purchase breakfast and the bar doesn’t open until 11am. Tea / coffee making facilities in the room would be nice. Luckily we found a local patisserie that served amazing coffee and pastries/ filled rolls etc. Very cheap.

"Great hotel, brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff.
Room was excellent, spacious and comfortable.
The shower was good, but a handhold was positioned such that you needed to stand sideways to shower and you still banged your elbows on it.
Breakfast was really good except the orange juice which was a poor imitation of fresh orange juice, which is expected in Spain.
Parking near the hotel was almost impossible, however five minutes away there was ample free car parking."

Our room was not properly cleaned on arrival, with multiple hairs throughout the bathroom and bedroom, hair near the bedding, and a crushed bug. We reported it immediately. The room was “re”cleaned multiple times, yet we still found hair, a dirty mirror, and the same stained pillowcase afterward.

Comme partout il est dommage de voir les transats réservés à la journée avec des serviettes sans affaires. N’hésitez pas à les enlever. Il n’est pas indiqué dans la description de l’hôtel que les burkinis sont autorisés dans la piscine. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour."

"Mi experiencia fue muy mala. El cuarto era muy oscuro. En el cuarto solo había un enchufe que no funcionaba. Las sábanas estaban sucias el día que llegué. Las paredes son ultra delgadas, podía escuchar claramente la conversación del cuarto de al lado. Las toallas eran muuuy viejas. Y como cherry a la torta, te dan una toalla de piscina para toda la estadía, contra un cargo de 10 euros.
