"Close to places I wanted to visit"

"I loved the location and the hotel was very clean, as was my room. But, the layout of the room left a little something to be desired. I understand rooms in Europe are smaller but this one it was more the features that caused consternation. The bed could only be raised and lowered on one side. The bed was not super comfortable. And the entire room layout was a bit awkward. I really loved the area and the staff were all super nice, so I would stay here again...I just might try a different layout...

"We stayed here for a week in April and everything was exceptional. Friendly staff, our room was clean, comfortable and convenient, and the coffee cafe downstairs was super fun. We were a few minutes from London Bridge, and quick walk over the bridge to Borough Market. Very close to pubs, restaurants and transit. Loved that the area was quiet yet close rnough to wherever we needed to go."

"Staff were excellent, close to tube stations, we tried to get a reservation our first day at the rooftop bar but they couldn't accommodate us due to low staffing. They did allow us to see the views. Only 1 elevator working our 3 days, long waits unfortunately. Room was cozy, there was a heatwave during our visit and AC didn't bring down the temperature as much as we would have liked. Overall a nice hotel in a fairly quiet area."

"London was I guess under a heat wave and I booked the hotel especially to have air conditioner so the second night they had to change our room because it felt like a sauna and moved us into another sauna filling room. Someone then brought in a portable air conditioner, and let hot air blow into the room on one side and cool on the other so the temperature was up to about 100. Us and our two kids had to sleep with the door wide open in the room so that the hot air from the portable air could be...
