We arrived to town early and were checked in at 1pm which was nice, because we wanted to walk to the NFL draft. Cons: one side of the hotel is next to train tracks, Friday night we counted four trains and could hear the trains loud and clear. "Very beautiful place, parking easy, bar fun. Very nice room, just missing a few things in the bath (robe hook, soap dish for the shower, mat on floor of shower (very slippery otherwise), a seat of some kind). Otherwise a terrific stay. Great neighborhood too."

"They never sent us check in information so we could not check in. Upon arrival, the exterior and interior lobby were filthy filled with over 500 cigarettes butts. Trash littered everywhere. I tried to contact them multiple times and never have received any answers. The phone number given was out of order. We will need a full refund. The place is not what was advertised. "
