"It was a great location close to the train station. The room was nice but a bit dusty and windows were dirty. however we were highly disappointed when on morning 1 of a 5 night stay we asked for more coffee pods and we were told only one coffee pod per stay , if we wanted coffee we would have to come to the reception area to get our coffee. We had to find a place to purchase our own pods. Staff was nice when speaking to them however in passing as we came and went for the day they did not...
"Very nice hotel. Perfect location, right by the train station, with lots of food options nearby. Room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."
"Within 30 minutes we experienced a very poor, unsafe, dirty and uncomfortable environment in the building and in our room. In our room, we had dirty towels, black mold in the shower, and an overall unclean room. We were out of there right away and informed the front desk of the environment as well as had her cancel our stay. Still waiting to hear if the refund is accepted. This was a terrible and really defeating experience for our first time in Brussels."
"The room was very clean and beautifully appointed. The staff was quite friendly, professional and courteous. Right across from the train station. Shops and restaurants within walking distance."
"We were not informed that the shuttle bus was on the street and not in front of the hotel. Missed it and had to take a cab to airport. Costs 22 for a 10 minute ride. Room temperature very stuffy and couldn’t make adjustments . Restaurant very nice and food good.nice looking inside."
"The Hilton Antwerp Old Town is right in the heart of the historic center, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, museums, historic sights and places. Very easy to get to from the beautiful Antwerp train station by quick tram. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful!"
