"Des puces de lit ont été retrouvés dans la chambre. Un changement de chambre a eu lieu mais aucunes excuses n’a été formalisé. Je trouve ça vraiment dommage étant donné que j’ai choisi cet hôtel en pensant faire le choix de la qualité.
Autre point, la caution de 300€, je n’ai jamais eu à faire à ce type de transaction pour un hôtel, une prise d’empreinte de la carte oui, mais un bloquage de ce montant non. Je n’ai pas été mis au courant avant la réservation, et que de choisir d’utiliser mon Amex...
"Lækkert ski in-out og rummelig lejlighed med køkken, der har hvad der skal til for at lave mindre måltider. Savnede lidt knager/hylder som aflægning ud over dem i entreen. Synes ikke vi havde læst at pool var ekstra udgift, men måske det har stået med småt et sted. Mindre gode åbningstider til pool. Udsigten fra lejligheden er superb og svær at overgå - virkelig lækker!!"
"Fantastic stay! The family-run chalet is amazing, ideally located near the ski lifts, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The team are so accommodating to any needs. The breakfast was lovely, and the dinners were just as enjoyable. The sauna was great, and while the pool was slightly cold, it was still nice to use. I would definitely come again."
"Location is great, in the middle of town. The hotel asks a hefty price for the rooms which I think could be much less for what you get. The rooms are OK and the windows are small. The spa area and gym were a bit disappointing. No life there at night"
"The location is excellent, just a very short walk to the ski lift, which makes it extremely convenient for families. The room was clean and functional, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The childcare service appears to be excellent, although we did not use it as our children preferred to stay with us. The only downside for us was the limited food selection, which could be improved."
"We were 2 pensioners staying to watch our young grandchildren skiing. The 1 bedroom self service apartment was adequate, however 1) it was directly above a bar 2) we wished and asked for a double bed but had singles 3) the outlook was to an inner rectangle but we expected to be able to look out to the slopes - we had booked and paid months in advance!"
