"The location is perfect for long layover, covered walkway that connects terminal 3 to the hotel. The breakfast is great; good sitting area. The only glitches that we encountered was electricity outage, which was quickly addressed. Highly recommended"

"We love this hotel - staff is nice and happy to resolve any query, breakfast is absolutely top 1 within all hotels I know, the sauna and pool are our fav places. We stayed there few times and will surely come back. A very unique thing is that my child gets a little activity pack from the hotel - just a little something, but very thoughtful and boosting creativity."

"Lovely hotel, in a great place a little outside the city centre. Would stay there again."

"Vi ankom til et værelse med en vask der var stoppet og en pære der blinkede. Badeværelset lugtede meget af fugt/dårlige rør. Lys og vask blev fikset meget hurtigt. Lugten varede ved alle dage. Vi opdagede at al elektricitet i den ene side af sengen ikke virkede. Lampen blev fikset, men ikke kontakter, så man kunne fx ikke lade en telefon. Gangen foran værelset lugtede af afløb. "Loved the property, just on the outskirts of the centre so nice and peaceful! Beds was so comfy but on the small side, I fell out of bed twice, that’s my only criticism of the place"

"Good hotel in good location. Bit short staffed when things were needed but overall would recommend."

"Very clean, comfortable, helpful staff, Breakfast wonderful, although somewhat expensive. Highly recommend for a stay in Copenhagen."

The mattress and bed are uncomfortable, and if you are staying in a room facing the so-called “indoor courtyard,” there is no air conditioning and no window that can be opened for proper ventilation. The room also lacks basic amenities such as a simple water kettle and refrigerator, which is difficult to understand at this price point. The service is equally disappointing. No one offered to help with our luggage upon arrival; the staff...

"Starclass hotel op toplocatie bij startpunt metro. Uitstekend ontbijt, prima kamer en heel vriendelijk personeel"

"Fantastiskt rum. Stort och rymligt"

"Sauberes Zimmer. Frühstück hervorragend. Zimmer gut eingerichtet. Nur Badezimmer könnte etwas besser sein….hat ein Krankenhausflair."
