"The ac for our Room didn’t work and it felt like a sauna No air flow whatsoever We checked out the first night couldn’t sleep"

"The hotel needs urgent upgrades to the rooms. We upgraded to a sea view room with the manager being extremly helpful and quick. The room itself it is very outated and upgrading, however the view itself from the balcony was incredible. The cost of the pool/gym of £5 should be included in the price, especially as the facilities are also very outated. The check-in of 3 pm is very late - but this seems to be the same in all hotels in the area. Overall the experience was pleasant, but not worth...

"We literally can't wait to go back. The location is absolutely perfect, the pool is awesome and the staff really lovely. The only thing that detracts is the 4pm check in which they seem to stick to, very rigidly. (Though our visit was during the heatwave of June so understandable if the rooms were taking longer to get ready). The cottage we stayed in was gorgeous and the complimentary minibar a lovely touch."

"The staff were very helpful. The hotel was nice and so its amenities like the pool, sauna, and steam room. They were very well maintained. The view of the town from our room was amazing, I just wished the door to the balcony could be opened. The room was very well equipped with everything that one will need during their stay and it was a plus that they have in-room breakfast service option if you don’t want to come down."

"We used two bedrooms during our stay and neither had wi-fi working. Breakfast was chaotic with guests waiting for clean crockery etc. to arrive etc. The leisure facilities are good and the views from sea facing rooms are excellent."

"This was our third time staying at the Nici and we did have a lovely experience. One thing let it down was the welcome from the reception, there is one lady and every time I have had to speak to her she is miserable.It such a shame as all the others were really friendly but she just had an attitude every time. This has put me off booking again as you feel unwelcome. South Beach Restaurant team were the total opposite, so happy and helpful. They went above and beyond. We ended up having 6 meals...

"The room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels were available. The staff was helpful, and could be improved. Breakfast was hot, and the food looked well-cooked. It was closer to Bournemouth International Centre and the beach. Driving to The New Forest is wonderful and a must-visit."
