"All good"

"very nice property"

"The staff and the general facilities and the room were great. Just two downsides. 1. During my stay they decided to drain the swimming pool and regrout and refill. We were told that this would take two days. My time at the hotel finished after 4 days and the pool was still not open. It would have been a good idea to do this maintenance work during the low season rather than with a hotel full of holidaymakers. 2. Strangely you were only allowed to use one device on the Wi-Fi. "There are no rooms having beach view also beach at the other part and that too not lighted up properly and is dull as compared to adjoining Baga and Candolim beaches .The images posted are not chronoligical order pasted from here and there and made so don't completely rely on that"

"Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️"

"Proximity of the property to all the good places to visit. Staff need to be more trained on customer service. The corridors outside the rooms were dirty. Looks like the General Manager is inexperienced and does not do his checks and controls. Overall good property but not managed well by the leadership team of the property"

"Extremely disappointed. The key card never worked so I had to go the reception every single time and ask them to send someone with a master key card. They replaced my key card 3 times but that didnt help. Meanwhile it was raining and the corridor ceilings were leaking. I found a dead cockroach in my bathroom. So overall...horrible."
