"The facility was unusual. It was a bit obscure to find as there were no large signs as we are used to here in the states so we almost missed it. I found it a bit unusual to have to take the elevator to the second floor to check in. The check in area was small and pretty crowded when we got there. The staff was amazing. So friendly and smiling all the time. I can't say enough about how great they all were! The breakfast was great! Very crowded but that is a great thing to see the hotel...
"Amazing location. We are able bodied walkers and 100% of the things we wanted to do in Rotterdam were within a 20 min walk (most closer).
The hotel is in a scenic location very close to transit and several major sites. There is a convenience store with good hours and food products less than 200m from the door."
"Great location and facilities. Beware if you are three or more, they don’t give you a second bed, just a very uncomfortable sofa bed that doesn’t have a mattress."
"My train was late arriving but the reception team waited until I arrived. The breakfast buffet gad a good choice of items. A single room is small but perfectly adequate. The hotel is well located fir exploring Rotterdam."
"Fabulous location. The room was a good size and overlooked the square. The hotel is a little dated though. I can also imagine it is quite noisy at night at the weekends. Parking is available nearby for around £20 per 24 hours"
"The staff was wonderful -- helpful with up to date information about activities in the area. We had a charming visit in this boutique hotel. It is a very short walk to main street with many shops, restaurant options. We opted to include breakfast in our booking -- the buffet with hot options was quite varied. We had many, many options, far more than typical."
"Pleasant little hotel, but in need of a bit of a refresh. Looking a bit sad and tired. Breakfast definitely not up to standard at 15 euros a head. No tea/coffee or milk in the room, empty fridge, just not very impressive."
