"Leider waren wir bei dieser Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht. Wir kamen etwas später an und haben ein Zimmer bekommen welches wir garnicht gebucht hatten. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr dreckig, haare auf dem Boden, dreckige Handtücher und es roch sehr stark nach Insektenmittel. Dank der Hotel Chefin, haben wir noch ein Zimmer bekommen, das unserer Buchung entsprochen hat. Sie war sehr Hilfsbereit und verständnissvoll im Gegensatz zu der Rezeptionistin. Die Lage war perfekt!"

"This was our first hotel experience as a couple, as we normally hire a villa, car and fend for ourselves. However, family tragedies dictated that we needed to escape and be “looked after” in order to de-stress, rest and recharge our batteries after six weeks of heartache.
To a large extent, the Karavados Beach Hotel allowed us to do that, but ….. there were a few things that could’ve been better - let’s get those out of the way first ……
