"What can we say other than absolutely fantastic big thank you to Mandy and her daughter and the rest of Mandy‘s team if we find ourselves out that way again, we would not hesitate but to book a room at this establishment"

"Had a lovely stay this weekend. The cooked breakfast was lovely! Staff very friendly. I liked the trolley available to help ourselves to top ups of towels, water and extra tea and coffee supplies. Quiet location. Bed was a little creaky, but comfortable, on ground level which was nice too. Bathroom grouting could do with a little de-moulding, and shower heads could be a little higher. Also plug sockets by the bed would also be more helpful. But overall, i cant complain and would stay again!"

"Unfortunately the carpet in the bedroom was very badly stained, shower wasn't very good water splashed everywhere, curtains let to much light in woke early hour's. The bed was extremely comfortable, nice soft bedding. Ate in the restaurant twice, meals were excellent, food very tasty and plentiful, service was very good."

"Lovely and convenient place to stay. Unfortunately we were in the top room where the ceilings/ beams are very low so room didn’t feel ‘deluxe’ as advertised. Also my husband banged his head in the night on the beams (he’s on 5’ 9’."

"The continental breakfast was pleantyful and varied,the room was spacious and clean and came with tea and coffee making facilities. The decor in the property in general was a little jaded but overall it was a fair price for what was in offer."
