"We overall had a good stay. The location was very central and walking distance to all the major sights to see. However the cooling unit in the room didn’t work properly and kept shutting itself off so we got quite warm. The espresso machine was out of order in the lobby. There were dead bugs squished on the ceiling over our bed."
"Check in, staff, breakfast and room were excellent. Even the parking was great and convenient.....once we had found it. No fault of the hotel because the street in front of the hotel is closed for construction and our GPS wasn't aware of that."

"Do not book this dumpster- it was really horrible. I booked a superior room with two twin beds for my son and I. A young guy took us upstairs to a 3rd floor - steep steps no elevator my son had to carry both suitcases. The room only had one bed. I politely explained that we need two beds and I specifically booked two beds and paid for superior room. The guy was very rude and obnoxious he said he didn’t have any rooms with two beds. I said we want a refund after a little while he magically found...
