"Pros- Pretty good value, and great location (midtown). The cleaning staff did a good job of refreshing our room. Nice restaurants nearby, and staff were helpful when we needed to leave luggage. Awesome rooftop, definetely worth checking out. Cons- It is 112sq feet which turns out is quite squishy for a couple with luggage (even for NY standards). We had a cockroach and a moth - both weren't big. Pictures don't really show but the small sink is facing the bed which is a little annoying. Can get...

"Great stay for a short time. Clean room just needed sun blocking curtains or binders otherwise great stay"

"My shower handle fell off. The room's AC was so old that the room never really got to 68 degrees. The paint was scuffed, chipped, and worn throughout the room. There was black mold along the lower part of the AC unit and in multiple locations in the bathroom. We called maintenance to repair the shower handle and the AC, but there was nothing he could really do. "I thought the room overall was not great. I mean even the ceiling alone of the room had just been half painted. They seem to be just kind of barely patching things and not fixing it fully. There is a big building out back that they just go and boarded it up. Additionally beside that building they have large containers just sitting in the parking lot that really look bad as well (I guess for storage)"

"good airport hotel."

"The hotel meets basic needs and that’s about it. It’s clean. Our only real problem was that our shower barely worked. It was a literal trickle and we could barely wash."

"Small bedrooms old towels no complementary water"

"Room overall was good- the sheets had a stain on it. The property staff was amazing"

"the hotel was amazing while more of a classics city build as a history geek this was just a plus for me the walk to msg was 20 mi about a mile and very very easy as well as just moving around in the city rockefeller is also a ten min walk from the hotel its very quiet and cozy and perfect for my weekend stay thank you so much"

"maged and jalal was very helpfull"

"The room was clean and spacious, and free parking was a plus. The only few cons that I had was the early cleaning services starting at 8am and our room had a few items missing in the bathroom area. But overall, we enjoyed our stay."
