"It was a very nice place!"

"Great location, lots of restaurant options and about a 5 min walk to the Grand Place. Only issues were I had to get my room key reprogrammed daily, create an account for the wifi and I was on the 1st floor facing a very noisy and busy street."

"Really nice although our room smelt of smoke whilst it is a non smoking hotel. The location was very central with shops close by. Parking next door for €30 per 24 hours. Staff were lovely and helpful. Allowed us access to our rooms a little earlier and helped us with keeping luggage with them so we can venture out. Would recommend."

"The staff and property were fantastic, however our room was not ready when we arrived at 9pm-it appears that housekeeping had stripped the beds and started to prepare the room, then it had been forgotten and was not finished. The family room was very spacious, great facilities and breakfast, I would otherwise highly recommend."

"Walking distance to Kasteel van Groot-Bijgaarden. Comfortable and quiet. Note that no coffee or tea in the rooms and restaurant doesn't open until 7 a.m."

"Rooms condition is very poor. Hotel descriptions stated that rooms are air-conditioned. However, there are no conditioner was in the room. Table lamps didn't work."
