"Hotel room and hotel in general is nice and clean. However pictures online are a bit deceiving. I thought I’d see more of the water as pictured from my room and that wasn’t the case. I was prepared for airport noise as I’ve stayed in another hotel in same area before but was not prepared for a busy road full of traffic noise, & people shouting throughout the night outside. When I checked in I had a gentleman that was nice but not informative. I was never told of anything of the hotel such as...

"Basic hotel. Just fine. Adequate. Neighbor is very far from Seattle and does not have character. The staff however provide fantastic customer service. They made the stay worth it."

"Bathroom had no place to put personal items. Shelves 4-5 inches wide so no room for a shaving kit. No place in shower for personal items. Room is outdated."

"Room was clean and cozy. Bed was so comfortable. I have a hard time with shower heads in hotels but this one was actually good with good pressure! Will definitely stay here again. I would say the only negative is the price of parking is super steep."
