"We chose this hotel because of the on-site parking. This boutique hotel is split over several floors on a hill and to get to the parking we had to go around a one-way system. This was explained to us by an extremely helpful person on the reception while we checked in. We would never have found it without her. The location is great for exploring this fantastic city.
We had a spacious room with a separate seating area. The breakfast was good."
"This is a unique hotel. It's quite different from a traditional American hotel, but it has all what you need for a relaxing stay. The breakfast is basic, but nice to have. Staff are very friendly, but the language was a barrier. It would have helped if I knew some Spanish!
Hotel management communicates via Whatsapp, which was helpful when I asked for an iron and ironing table."
"Experiencia horrible. Tuve que salir al día siguiente aún teniendo reserva para 2 días. Peleas, gritos y portazos de huéspedes toda la noche. Aparte, aislamiento acústico ZERO se escucha absolutamente todo de las habitaciones adyacentes. Imposible descansar."
"Breakfast was included with the reservation. This small hotel is located near the Roman aqueduct. The alcazar is located farther away but still can walk to this medieval castle. Take advantage of free tours offered by Civitatis. Segovia is worth visiting. The views from the top of the aqueduct are spectacular."
"When I had a problem with the coffee maker shorting out all the electrical in the room, they sent a maintenance person to reset the main breaker in the hallway quickly so my room had power again.
The appliance should be replaced."
"Property was great, other than, Reception was remote so all communication was done via an intercom or via email, and the bed was desperately soft with a large sag in the middle such that I had to jam multiple cushions underneath the mattress to have any chance of sleeping."
"Perfect location - right next to the cathedral and 2 minutes from the plaza mayor. No humans, though, no receipt for payment, bit difficult to figure out registration. Wonderful beds and very quiet. Would stay there again.
