"Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us."

Secure underground car parking was the main reason we chose this hotel & it didn’t disappoint, plenty of spaces and very secure. The food in the restaurant was very good but thought the strip lighting made the restaurant feel a little uninviting Tea & coffee making facilities would have been useful but overall very nice place to stay"
