"Room a decent size. Things a little worn such as silicone around bath and stair carpets threadbare. Place could do with some updating. However breakfast is good as is location. I would stay again and recommend it."
"Beautiful location. The rooms were clean. They were very attentive to our needs. Prepared breakfast and dinner for us. A great tour of the Uros islands was also included. If anyone is visiting during the Peru winter season i would just recommend layering up. They do provide a lot of blankets but you can never have too many. An unforgettable experience seeing the stars out on this lake. 10/10"
"Comfy beds and good restaurant with room service available. No free water or tea apart from at breakfast but they did pack us a breakfast box when we had an early start. "
"I’m a firm believer that if you advertise bathtubs, you need to have the availability to use the bathtub.
I stayed in three rooms over three days, and not one of them had a stopper for the bathtub.
I kind of feel like this is false advertisement.

"Hacienda Puno is one block away from the Plaza de Armas, where there is a wide variety of great dining options. The rooms were clean, although there was a constant musty smell."
"Very central hotel (just minutes from the main square). Very close to restaurants and bars. It’s also accessible to the port to visit the Lake. Very nice people. The bar and restaurant are on the 10th floor which has a great view."

Main issue, we were given an indoor window room . So there was no air circulation and you could hear everything going on in the hotel. Breakfast was noisy.

"El lugar es perfecto para desconectar del mundo, todo es muy tranquilo, las personas del hospedaje (Ricardo, Cinthya y emine) fueron muy cordiales y dispuestos a que pasáramos la mejor experiencia, recomendación llevar ropa para el frío las noches y mañanas son heladas yo viaje en agosto, en las habitaciones hay calentadores entonces no hay problema para dormir, y por último cuando salgan ya de regreso preveer más tiempo de salida ya que es demorado salir de los uros y más si es en la mañana...
