"Great location and great staff. Room was exactly as described japanese style"

"Roof top Fuji view is great. Kimono offering and public bath is wonderful. Has some difficulty to find out about transportation nearby. Lack of clear information. Hotel shuttle has no other stops. Made it difficult to get around the areas other than calling uber. Food are good but do not know what is on the menu. Overall very good experience"

"Very helpful staff. Useful courtesy bus from station - tourist office will call to arrange for you if you only have an esim. Excellent breakfast. Clean and spacious room, with great view of Mount Fuji from our balcony. For a small fee the hotel will hold bags after checking out."

"We stayed 3 nights Oct 28-Nov 1. Highly recommend this hotel. The view of Mt. Fuji from every room is spectacular. I don't know another hotel in this (affordable) price range that has that. The room and the bathroom are spacious and clean with good hot water supply. Staff are very helpful, and they have staff who speak english which we appreciated. The onsen is pretty cool and as a first time user I used it every day. The breakfast buffet (Japanese) is excellent and I enjoyed trying food outside...

"Super relaxing stay for 4 of us. Nice hot tub on the patio with a selection of included bath salts and face masks. Included a nice selection of wines and other drinks. They brought an awesome full steak dinner for us to bbq on a beautiful glass patio. Also brought a nice complete breakfast with juices coffee tea. Overall one of our best memories of Japan!"
