"We had an okay stay here but wouldn’t stay again. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, many hairs in the shower. The rooms weren’t serviced once and didn’t have many useful amenities (no kettle, no bathroom toiletries like shampoo), couldn’t open the windows and occasionally had a drain smell. Breakfast was ok but very over crowded, had to queue for over five minutes for some hot water on one of the mornings.
However, the staff were helpful and it’s in a good location."

"Der Herr am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat alle nützlichen Informationen gegeben rund um das Hotel oder die Umgebung. Das Hotel liegt zentral, ca. 5 Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt. Das Zimmer ist groß und hat eine Badewanne mit Whirlpool Funktion."
"Well located apartment, clean and organised. My only complaint would be the inability to check in beforehand and the company didn't reply to any of my messages. However, when we arrived and checked in at the hotel around the corner, the reception staff were friendly and helpful."
