"Room was clean and bed was larger than expected."

"Room was probably excellent 30 years ago. The positives: you get a big key (not a card which will not work unexpectedly!) big room, high ceilings, near to Termini. Negatives: Really old, no tea/coffee making facilities, some mould in the bathroom, bed worn out. Double bed is two single beds joined together with a sheet on. Air conditioner worn out. staff friendly. Unexpected 60 Euro cash payment needed (tax, apparently). Positive overall but clear places to improve."

"Unfortunately the shuttle wasn’t working so we had to pay the taxi to the airport $50 to get in the hotel and back, also the spa was close , the room was small."
