"I have a very good experience. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful with everything including directions and suggestions. They even printed out a whole itinerary for one of my destinations. The location is near many shops and restaurants. Taxis available everywhere and very cheap about $3-$5 U.S. average for one way rides. Note, not all drivers understand English so have a translator app with you or GPS location. The MRT train entrance is in front of the entrance. Round trip MRT rides...

"Room was not cleaned completely, i'm not talking about change the sheets, which most understandable nowadays hotels doesn't change bedsheet on daily basis. But the coffee mug and saucer used from 1st night weren't replaced until checkout day. New towels were just placed on top of our luggage instead of being replaced in the bathroom?? I was wondering if the housekeeping was about to clean our room and left for something then forgotten to continue cleaning our room?"
