"The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated very close to the Catedral, Alcázar and el Acueducto. If you are lucky enough to get a room on the 6th floor, it's worth it for the spectacular views including swifts, storks and hot air balloons early in the morning. One minor suggestion is that the gym needs a little bit of care - particularly the weight machine."
