All was great! However, the free 24/7 airport service listed on the website page was NOt free! I had to pay for it! I chose this hotel because of the free airport shuttle service but this was not true. Please revise your listing on the Hotels.com website so others will not be mislead.

Great hotel. Good for families, couples, singles, etc. location is convenient to restaurants, night markets, Starbucks, Tuks tuks, bus and taxis. Nightlife is loud - but could barely hear it from back of hotel (all family rooms are on the back). Pool was great. Breakfast was amazing!

This property is truly stunning. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your every need, a rare find these days. I would highly recommend this place to others. The only downside is its distance from attractions and traffic, but that is out of the hotel's control. Highly recommended!
