"We stayed here with a family of four in August. The location of this hotel cannot be beat with everything within walking distance. Even the train station was only 11 minute walk from the hotel and easier to get to then by taxi. Florence is a wonderful city and the Hotel right in the center of it. The only strange part is that you need to take an elevator to access the lobby but once you are there, the staff is exceptional. The hotel room is beautiful and clean and set up perfect for enjoy...

"I stayed at this hotel only one night even though I booked it for 3 nights because AC wasn’t working which was advertised as air conditioned hotel. The AC in my room was not working and I reported it to the manager after 2 hours of checking in and the manager told me the hotel is completely full and cannot move me to another room.
