"Room was very clean, staff are super helpful and friendly, Air cond was a bonus this hot year, breakfast and breakfast staff were top notch, I'm in this part of Italy twice a year this is now my go to place to stay"
"Nice spacious clean room, with comfortable bed, The staff was helpful and recommended a great restaurant nearby. Directions to the railroad station nearby got us on the train in time, too."
"Best hotel in Este by far. Beautiful sprawling grounds overlooking the castle. Excellent staff and service. Only downside was that the room was very hot when I arrived and it took the Aircon 3 hours to cool it down. After that it was fine."
"Camera ordinata e pulita come anche il bagno, tutto molto ordinario, ma in linea con il prezzo molto conveniente. Personale molto disponibile e preparato"
"Gesamtes Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Klimaanlage kaputt (Aussentemparatur 35 Grad), Hotel insesamt sehr schmutzig, einige tote Mäuse entdeckt, Personal sehr unfreundlich. Noch nie so etwas erlebt!!!!"
"Cameta molto piccola e datata. Tuttavia i servizi delle piscine termali ha compensato la struttura della camera. Comunque materasso molto comodo.
Personale molto disponibile e cordiale
"The uniqueness of the property is when you can relax to your liking with no fancy codes or other restrictions! They took a great care of us with some midday food on on the house and other gestures ….. we are so thankful to the entire Aqua Hotel team! Gov well done! 👍"
