"The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is pretty basic, but very well located and convenient shuttle to the Vicenza Oro Fair. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, there was just an odor coming from the bathroom which is sometimes typical in certain older buildings. The car transport that we hired through the hotel to go back to Milan was 15 mins late, and very expensive. That was the only truly negative experience. "Check in was easy as there is always someone at the front desk. Room was spacious and clean. It's about a 15-20 min walk to the historic centre, and a 20 min walk to the train station. Breakfast was included for us and the it was a buffet style with lots of options. Highly recommend."
"Room was very spacious and clean. Facility is old but clean. Price for breakfast was very reasonable and small amount of foods on buffett bar but staff kept up with replenishing foods - this kept food fresh. Parking was free and plenty spaces were availble."
