"Hotel was under construction. Several items in our room didn’t work properly. There was mold in the shower, the lights in one room did not work, the closet door was broken, phones were not able to be charged at night. Parking was not convenient. Would not stay there again."
"I’m not sure if was my room selection only or not but very tiny and not modern.
You’re paying obviously to be in St.Moritz not the hotel.
I’d recommend not staying there if there’s something within budget.
The staff was okay but lackluster in terms of friendly and caring.
Location is decent and breakfast but not worth what I paid for sure."
"The hotel was okay, big rooms but the carpet was old and the bathrooms need improvement. The location was tough to get to. It could have been better if the hotel provided shuttle services for pickup and drop offs from the train station."
"Clean room
Extra storage cabinets around the bed and bathroom make the room really small and cluttered. Sometimes unsafe due to being too close to the bed"
"The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. The warm hospitality made our stay especially memorable. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pontresina.
The most exceptional experience we had was we forgot an important bag with meaningful and irreplaceable items. House cleaning promptly informed management and Jennifer reached out to us. She then mailed the items to our next hotel and gave us the...
"This is a delightful place to stay in Pontresina. Great location, close to a chairlift and multiple hiking trails. The hotel provides minibus transport from the station, which is a nice perk.
All the staff were charming and super helpful, arranging a taxi to another town for us and a packed lunch for the train. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge choice. Next time we would like to stay more than one night, as...
"We had a short and lovely stay here. The view from our room is absolutely stunning, and the room was clean, newly renovated, with pleasant shower amenities. It was incredibly fun experiencing their vintage lift, but our best experience with Soldanella by far is with the front desk receptionist, who was incredibly kind and helpful and offered us fruits for the following morning since we will be missing our breakfast due to an early check out. It's close to the railway station, but I highly...
"Struttura pulita ed accogliente, ottima posizione comoda ai servizi ( mini-market e pizzeria nei pressi della struttura), personale molto disponibile nonostante la reception sia aperta ad orario definito, alloggio confortevole e pulito. Struttura consigliata."
