"Rooms are very basic. The linens were not very clean and had stains on them. There was also no view from the window. The staff were not helpful at all. I would recommend looking for other places to stay in the area."

"Good helpfull"

"As much as it is on the other side of Bintan, the serene and beautiful scenery truly makes up for it. Everything was very convenient, and staff were very attentive."

"Great experience ~ very unique! Worth a try for something out of the ordinary with excellent hospitality!"

"Kamer was vuil, communicatie verliep niet vlot. Geen ontbijtbuffet."

"The staff is outstanding, especially Rafique. Lots of mosquitoes, room mosquito replicant available. There are no Vegetarian food options."

"Staff was very friendly and professional. Room is very spacious and well maintained."

"I had a very uncomfortable and unsafe experience at Hotel Laut Jaya. The room was dirty, old, and badly maintained. The toilet condition was also poor, and the overall room condition felt terrible. More importantly, I did not feel safe in the room. It used a physical key, the doorknob felt unstable, and the window could not be locked at all. "Good service, friendly "

"Good staff, need a bit of maintenance"

"プライベートビーチに面しながらも海岸沿いの幹線道路から少し入ったこの場所は街にも近く便利でありながらとても静かでここで数日ほぼなにもせずにただただリラックスしたいと願った私たちにとって理想の宿でした。"

"Rooms were very good, large and clean. Service was friendly and helpful. The whole resort was lovely, plenty of water activities to do or just enjoy the peace and quiet. Food was excellent with plenty to choose from."

"The property has a terrible regard to cleanliness and comfort of their guests. Too many cleanliness issues from the room, to their restaurant even in its public area to get to the guest rooms. Shame because the beach is great for swimming, calm waters and great sand. The pool is not bad at all as well. Other than those two, I would not recommend this property to anyone who wants to go to Bintan for a quick R&R - not only that its more than an hour from the terminal, the property is just not...
