"The hotel is old
There were no amenities. No free bottle of water at tue first day. The
Cups in the room were paper
Cups. The beds were old and soggy. Anyway the hotel is too old. The
TV was as big as my display monitor in my home. The breakfast was bad."
"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share our experience and warn other guests.
Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, neither in our room nor in the dining area. The bed linens and towels were not clean, and we found both red and yellow stains on them. We also had to ask for extra pillows, as there was only one pillow per person.
Our arrival experience was also disappointing....

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and kept in prestige conditions. In relation to the food served, it was excellent, fresh and a joy to consume. Saying this, it would have been nice to have been able to order single dishes in the evening as what is provided is a four course meal which is sometimes just too much. A local free bus to San Teodoro 4 times a day is provided however there is literally no taxi service unless you are willing to pay 55EUR for 4km...
"Overall, I had a very good experience at Hotel Stella 2000. The room was clean, the staff were lovely and welcoming, and everything was comfortable for my stay. The location is also quite convenient, in a good area and not too far from the city centre."
