"I really liked this place! It was in a safe neighborhood, the property was nice and neat and in very good condition! The beds, pillows, and sheets were great and I slept well. "I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share our experience and warn other guests.
Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, neither in our room nor in the dining area. The bed linens and towels were not clean, and we found both red and yellow stains on them. We also had to ask for extra pillows, as there was only one pillow per person.
Our arrival experience was also disappointing....

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and kept in prestige conditions. In relation to the food served, it was excellent, fresh and a joy to consume. Saying this, it would have been nice to have been able to order single dishes in the evening as what is provided is a four course meal which is sometimes just too much. A local free bus to San Teodoro 4 times a day is provided however there is literally no taxi service unless you are willing to pay 55EUR for 4km...
