We enjoyed are stay ,the owner was very nice and friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean Breakfast was really good, We will definitely come back

Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! We were arriving late at night so I called the hotel and they made arrangements to leave our key card in an outdoor safe with a code - it was so helpful! Breakfast was outstanding with a cappuccino machine, an incredible fruit bar, yogurt station, and delicious scrambled eggs and bacon, and all kinds of breads. Close drive to Leogang...

Very nice hotel with excellent food and friendly service. Rooms were modern and clean but no A/Cc and very warm.

My wife and i stayed here for three nights during the week and while weather wasnt perfect, the hotel was! We absolutely loved it. Very relaxed, easy check in, no stress, plenty to do around the area! Breakfast fantastic, would not hesitate to stay again!

Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

Amazing Hotel, even better reception desk. The staff (Livia and Roman) are extremely friendly and answered all questions patiently. Hotel itself is within walking distance to all the local shopping, transportation, and restaurants!

Sure.

View and location were great. Communication was frustrating as we couldn’t get mobility pass during our stay.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast. You are offered a Joker card that gives you the opportunity to use the cable cars in the area for free. I definitely recommend!

Unfortunately I'm not able to review the hotel Heitzmann, because on my check in day I have been informed by the hotel staff that all rooms are full and that I have been relocated to another nearby hotel Bräurup, that is owned by the same owner. Therefore this review is about the 2 night stay in hotel Bräurup: Positive: 1. The hotel has the elevator that is great if you carry a heavy luggage or have difficulties walking up/down stairs. 2. The complete room was very clean and tidy. 3. Spacious...

Real impressive experience including great customer service and phenomenal location. The lady at the front desk is genuinely nice and understanding. This is definitely a hidden gem worth the visit especially when visiting this town for the weekend concert activities.
