"Great stay"

"The nicest down to earth professional, welcoming and helpful staff. I was greeted even by the housekeeping instead of being ignored completely. Felt very at home the entire time. Loved the view, everything is close by as well at a walking distance. Loved the Dali Museum, Also appreciated the toiletries in the shower. I came home and ordered the shampoo and conditioner. Such a nice home away from home experience."

"The refrigerator in room broke. Ice machine broke. Toliet did not work properly. Toilet seat was wrong size. Mirror in sink area broke. Lights flashed on and off."

"Very"

"Beautiful historic hotel in a wonderful location. Friendly, accommodating staff and a great breakfast! What's not to like?"

"Good location, but beyond that we could not honestly recommend this hotel. It seemed understaffed throughout our 4 night stay, and services suffered. The hallways and rooms smelled strongly of mildew. Hotel policy was room cleaning only on request, but even when we did request it nothing happened. After multiple requests, the only "cleaning" that took place was new towels appeared in the bathroom. Old towels were not removed, nothing was actually cleaned, beds linens were pulled up but beds not...

"Breakfast was amazing!! Room was clean!"

"The rooms were clean and cozy"

"Fantastic place! Breakfast offerings were different every morning. Social evening is outstanding and the staff is overall amazing. First time ever I've been free laundry facility's, which made the stay over the top."

"Bed, bedding and pillows were the highlight of the stay. Very comfortable."

"This experience was a nightmare. Couldn't get inside the property at first, was not given the "executive" room I paid extra for, communication was rude and inefficient, and the room I was given was a mess - wallpaper peeling from the ceiling, uncleaned shower with soap and scum everywhere. When I arrived at the property, my code did not work. I sat on the front steps for 45 minutes trying to call the host, being sent to voicemail each time, only to get text responses saying I was doing it wrong....

"Loved everything!! Rey and Jason were great hosts. Jason made amazing omelets."

"AC was very loud.Dusting could be a little better. But all in all it was good stay."
