"This is a nice hotel in the center of the old town. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good but lacked a shelf to put products on. The refrigerator wasn't working but we were allowed to put some cold packs for medication at the restaurant across the way which also served us a nice breakfast. The management team was nice and helpful.
What they failed to do was inform us of the parking details before arrival. They have an agreement with Girolo parking who were very rude to us when we...
"The location is excellent as it is within the castle walls. The rooms are small, but adequate. It is easy to communicate with the staff on WhatsApp, even when they are not at the front desk. The air-conditioning did work, which was a bonus, and there was a small deck, which was nice. It is definitely a busy area if you do not mind being in the center and is quiet at night."
"We had a great time. We enjoyed the location so much that we wanted to extend our stay, but there were no available rooms. However, the receptionist called their other property and found and opening for us. Excellent service. Unbeatable location/view."
"So our second stay at the Alfieri and wont be our last. We love the hotel and staff. Welcoming, friendly and happy to help. The roof terrace with pool is lovely, clean and so chilled.
We had room 242, what a treat, our own roof top terrace, spacious room and bathroom.
We always feel a bit deflated when leaving as love it, the area is perfect for exploring other places in Garda.
The breakfast is brilliant, there is something to eat for even the fussy eaters.
Such a wide and varied selection....
"Amazing stay, Marcello was so helpful and the entire restaurant staff were so friendly. The apartment was in a great location and the air conditioning definitely helped with the outside heat. Would absolutely recommend staying here."
