"This is obviously an older hotel but it has been maintained and is quite clean. The pool is older but beautiful and the views are lovely. The staff was very helpful. Having a little market on site was very convenient. They made a recommendation for a restaurant off-site, that was within walking distance and very good. The room was large but sparse, yet very clean. There is no internet in the rooms. Although we also stayed at fabulous 5-star hotels on this trip, this hotel had the best...

Amazing room, pretty nice size oc the room, very comfortable bed, amazing pillows.

"We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik! The location was excellent—only about a 5-minute walk to Pile Gate, which made it very convenient for exploring the Old Town. The place was clean and comfortable, and the hostess, Romana, was very courteous and welcoming.
Although the outdoor area was quite crowded at night, once we closed the windows, we couldn’t hear any noise inside. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!"
"Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt für einen Städtetrip. Wenn man allerdings einen Strandbesuch mit einplant, sollte man bedenken, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt Badesachen und Handtücher zu trocknen. Es gibt kein Balkon und nichts am Fenster um die Sachen zu trocknen. Ansonsten ist die Lage top. Keine endlosen Treppen und inmitten der Altstadt gelegen."
"Excellent location but that’s about it. It’s in an alley that smelled like an alley. Across 6’ alley was an art studio that held a party from 8-1030 pm basically right in our window. The alley has many steps, and usually was wait staff smoking cigarettes. Close everything in old town but be prepared for lots of noise all night"

I later went downstairs and said something to someone behind the counter. "The hotel grounds were beautiful and it probably had one of the best beaches on the coastline. There is no elevators we were on the 3rd floor but they will help with luggage. Croatia is warm in the summer but we were there during a heat wave even for them. The room a/c was adequate but not great The hallways were very warm. Your not able to tip on your credit card so keep plenty of small euros. All in all the location was great and the place was so beautiful we could overlook some of its...
"The owner and his wife couldn’t have been more accommodating. Slavka spent so much time giving us local information that was really helpful. He even gave us a list to Dubrovnik one day so he could show us where to get the bus if we wanted to go again.
Property is fine, clean, tidy and the amenities you need and nothing you don’t. Access to a guest kitchen which meant we could cook dinner after long day’s sightseeing. Outdoor space to sit, eat and watch the boats and the world go by.
