"Super ubicado , lo único es que no hay estacionamiento cerca, pequeña la habitación que nos dieron para 3 personas"

"The location was great!"

"Excellent hotel"

"First of all, there’s no one at the desk. You have to dial a number you get disconnected all the time. Communication is very bad. Also they advertise. That they have a restaurant bar. They told us it was closed. We asked for extra pillow. They couldn’t accommodate us that day because there were no staff on property ground."

"It was a no hassle check in and out process, the Host messaged a few days before with instructions on getting in. It was a little weird that you entered a restaurant to get to the elevator, but otherwise there was no issues getting into the property. The place was spacious that included a kitchen with enough plates and silverware and electric stove. I can't comment too much on the kitchen because we didn't cook in. They also provided a Nespresso and pods to use during our stay. The bathroom...

"Perfect property for exploring Reykjavik We hired a car and didn't ever feel very far away from everything. Parking was great though some people chose to park rather silly. . Would stay again"

"I had a really great stay at Arctic Comfort. The location is great as there are multiple bus services to and from downtown Reykjavik. Plenty of shops and restaurant options around the area as well."

"Nice apartment, perfect for our one night stopover thanks. Parking not hugely easy but manageable. Great lodation"

"Location is very convenient, close to everything. The walls are thin so be mindful of that and respect quiet hrs but other than that, it was easy to check in/out. The showers/toilets were always clean. The bedrooms are small but if you only need to sleep for a couple hrs I think it’s perfect because you have privacy and enough space for your belongings. There is no front desk but I believe you can message them with any inquiries - I tried to request a fresh towel and received no response but...

"The property was excellent. It was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. I gave the hotel a 4 for 2 reasons. 1) Design - if you have luggage you have to take an elevator up 1 floor to get to reception or carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Very odd design IMO. 2) bathroom - it’s small and poorly designed. The shower will generally leak water on the rest of the floor and the sink counter was very small. Minor things aside I would stay here...

"Five months in advance, I booked a large Triple room, with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and 3 large windows. The booked room had one bed separated from the other two beds by a wall, which was perfect for our party of 3 adults. When we arrived, we were told that our room is not available and we were given a very small Double room with a cot squeezed between 2 twin beds, one small window, no chairs or sofa, and almost no room for luggage of 3 adults. As compensation, the front desk offered us...
