"Front desk, staff and manager, we’re very helpful in managing and finding a solution to an issue I had and for that I am grateful. The property was gorgeous beautifully and tastefully decorated. However, you are near the monkey forest so they will be around the hotel, but they do not bother anyone unless you have eye contact with them which is not good so just keep walking.
