"The property is situated in a beautiful location and very close to the airport. The staff was super helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Room was big with great view. I would advise to bring your own toiletries. It only has shower cap and soap. I was prepared so it wasn't a big deal."

They let my friend and me use the spa on our check-out day while we waited for our airport transfer, which was such a nice touch. "The property was lovely. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was very convenient to shops, restaurants, churches and the ferry.
Be aware that it's a small property without an elevator. So you will need to climb some stairs which may be a challenge for some, especially on the upper floors.
No coffee maker available in the rooms. The one Kettle to be used by all guests was missing, most days."

"Kleines Hotel inmitten von Pico mit kreativ gestalteten Zimmern. Unser Zimmer Wanderlust war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Große Dusche und bequemes, nicht zu weiches Bett. Die Lage ist super, ein großer Parkplatz direkt daneben, ein großer Supermarkt sowie viele Restaurants in Fußweite. Deborah war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit!
Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: die Kissen waren etwas unbequem durch einen Kunstinnenbezug und eine Frühstücksoption - vielleicht in Kooperation mit dem unten...
