"It’s been two years since my last stay at Jelly’s Haven, and it was even better this time around. Check-in was easy, the room came with several amenities (soap, bottled water, dental kit) and it was very clean overall. WiFi is available in public areas via Starlink. The staff, who are very friendly and helpful, automatically brought new towels and amenities on the second day, which was nice. They have free breakfast (Filipino, American, and Continental style) as well as other food options for...

"Beach beach beach, you can go swimming night and day, clean, secure, very relaxing."

"I don’t even know where to begin, but here goes. I first saw the pictures of the resort via Expedia and everything appeared great, pool running looking good, villa looking good etc. When I arrived for a four night stay, there is a long dirt/muddy road to get to the property once on the property two dogs approached us and were barking. "After checking in, we were given an old room. The bedside lamp was broken and even had cobwebs on it. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with a damaged water tank, a dirty sink, and a bathtub covered with black spots. After we complained, the hotel finally moved us to a newer room, but only after charging an additional ₱1,400 per night on top of what I had already paid. My recommendation: if you are booking here, make sure you know exactly which room type you are getting. I would not want...

"Staff are excellent. Filipino breakfast is delicious. Coffee was very good. Across the hotel are some local food place with grilled barbecue. The property is relatively new. The room layout is good even though small. The problem is that this property management is cost cutting to the bones. As a result, the hallway is very hot. They will give you one card to enter the room. Same card has to be inserted to activate the room’s electrical power. So when you leave, the room can’t stay air...
