"Very little seems to go toward upgrades/general maintenance. First room - part of the flooring was yellow taped and upon inspecting, the floor tile had no foundation & seemed unable to be weight bearing. I changed rooms. Second room - toilet leaked water across bathroom floor. Other minor stuff like leaking shower hose & blocked shower rose. Bathroom floor tiles old, heavily stained and showing their age. All staff were helpful and friendly. Great location as its 2 minute walk to water...

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food were delicious too. Homecooked meals are the best! The view is amazing, very relaxing and you'll see some sea turtles in the ocean. Could use a place to hang or dry some clothes for sure. Its a little ways to town but is accessible with the tricycle."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good location. In the middle of all the must try activities — Kawasan Canyoneering, sardine run & turtle encounter, and whale shark encounter. It was hassle free as the property arranged everything for our group. "

"The room was beautiful with a stunning view from the bed with a huge bay window. Wifi was good, bed was comfortable, restaurant had great food. Staff was friendly. I wish there was a mini fridge. Cleanliness couuld have been better. There was spots on the stainless and mirrors. The windows on the breakfast room were very spotty, ruining awesome view. Imsure its hard to keep perfect with salt water waves but wiping them more often would help maybe. I really loved that you can use your card...
