"Decent hotel if you’re looking for something cheap and cheerful, the location is very far out of Rome so just keep that in mind, breakfast selection was ok, nothing to complain about but nothing crazy special.
For the price the hotel is a 3.8/5"
"Front desk customer service was rude and never answer their phone. I have to be in their face in person to get help. Our AC was broken the first night but then they fixed it and it was super cold."
"The room was very spacious and clean. What I did not like is that there is no soap holder in the shower so no where to put your own body wash. Also, a bar over the door would be nice to hang your clothes or a towel. Otherwise, everything was excellent."
"Accepted clean hotel. Very bad breakfast with no food &very poor quality.the elevator is not working & no pellman after 8 oclock which so annoying with no elevator the hotel is near to metro &train station about 10 ms walk & near to commercials & fatican"
"The hotel was in a great spot, not far from the Colosseum and Termini. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Overall, highly recommended and would book again for sure :)"
"The room was clean. Some of the walls for the quadruple room need to be repainted. We came high season so paid a very high amount for maybe furnishings befitting of a Courtyard Marriott. It’s on a major street which helps with pick up and drop off with shuttles. It’s near a metro so you can choose to walk or metro. My only 2 complains are that it’s in a quite dilapidated building. The 2nd and 3rd floors are quite scary under construction from the outside. Also it does have an elevator that fits...
"I loved staying at The Serena. It was only a couple of blocks from the train station making my arrival and departure a breeze. This is a lively “retro” hotel with everything I needed."
"Hotel was in great location and all staff we spoke to was great. Room was clean, air conditioning wasn’t the best especially at night. Included breakfast was great way to start the day. We walked everywhere from the Colosseum, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain and Jewish Ghetto."
