"Clean room, friendly staff, and the best location in Gordons Bay. Being on the harbor means instant access to all the other restaurants, including Antonios Pizza. Breakfast had a wide selection. Interesting to see Europeans do not know health etiquette rules around the buffet."

"It was closed and Expedia didnt inform us. We are still waiting for our refund"

"Basic accommodations, didnt look like the photos. Less of a hotel bit like staying in someone house. Mold around shower and ok room for a quick overnight stay. 20 min walk to restaurants though. Bed comfy. "

"Really awesome room, big bed, modern feel, great service. "

"Clean apartment, friendly host"

"The room we stayed in was very basic with no-frills. No door to the bathroom, and no shower door. If you need more privacy when using the bathroom, this isn't for you. But I understand there may be more luxurious rooms available, hopefully, that offer this. Room also needed maintenance (e.g. shower not draining). Outside parking is an issue, and the surrounding area is a bit dodgy, albeit very close to the beach. We did have a nice breakfast on the premises, though."

"I would highly recommend this establishment "

"The house has beautiful views and the linens were clean. That is where the positive points end. The house has a strong odor of mold that immediately caused my allergies to flare up. I suspect there was water damage as they had moisture eaters around the house and there was area where you can see evidence of former water intrusions. There was also a strong odor of sewage emitting from the bathrooms that may be attributed to septic system issues. As a result the house did not feel or smell...

"Kokon is exceptional. The property is new with a real boutique feel. Breakfast is excellent and well worth it. The pool and grounds are clean and enjoyable. The staff are friendly and very professional. We will find a reason to stay again."

"Smukt hus "

"Beautiful ocean view from living room and bedroom. Very clean. Near restaurants and food stores, walking distance."

"The whole building was very clean, and the staff extremely courteous. My room was very large with a kitchenette and en suit bathroom with a good shower room."

"Great self catering unit."
