"The room was fine. Stayed for two nights. All the ice machines were down except for one on the 17th floor. No bottled water & no vending machines. Parking was $50.00 a day & only had valet parking. Staff was never around. Other than a clean place to sleep and a safe neighborhood. Wouldn’t do this hotel again."

"decent"

"Very clean"

"We called and messaged the hotel and never could get any sort of response about the airport shuttle. After we checked-in, another guest was given our room and they opened our door with their key at 10:30 p.m. I am a mom traveling alone with a child and my child was very scared by this intrusion. Thankfully, the other guest was very gracious, but the hotel never checked-in with us or apologized."

"The rooms did not have an alarm clock or a phone. So you could not get a wake up call or anything else in the rooms were not well maintained"

"Very nice rooms, location and staff."
