"Einfaches, grosses Zimmer, zentrale Lage, ca. 10 min zum Palast, 1 min in die Metro, Restaurants in Fussnähe, netter Pub in 5 min Fußweg, Frühstück gut und nettes Personal."
"This hotel is VERY old; the bathrooms are very old and uncomfortable to bathe. The front desk staff was very rude, and the behavior comes from the manager who is incompetent and extremely rude to the clients. Expedia, drop this hotel from your listings, because you're going to get the same disappointing review. One day the weather outside dropped about two degrees and they turned the air off for the whole hotel and refused to put it back on. When we asked, the manager gave us an...
"Our host, Simone, was so very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He really made our visit seamless and special. We decided to stay an extra night and Simone was very happy to help us. I feel like we made a new friend. The room itself was comfortable, the AC worked well, and it was central to public transportation. We would definitely visit Hotel Universo again."
"Clean rooms, super helpful staff, location next to Porta Nuova train station. Overall, the property room quality matches the low price - you get quality you pay for."
"Nice, clean, modern place. Clean, large bathroom with bidet, shiny fixtures, and smooth tiled floor. A few restaurants and a carrefour food market close by. Wall outlets were old italian version. An adapter may come in handy"
"Very impressed with all aspects of this hotel. Room was impecable. Staff were exemplary with customer service. Called a taxi for me several times. One of my best hotel experiences during this trip!"
"One of the best hospitality experiences I've had. The hotel was an incredible value for how lovely it is. Great location near the train station, but in a nice, quiet area. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. Our room was perfect, with an adorable balcony as an added bonus. I wouldn't stay anywhere else."
"In general, we had a nice one-night stay, The location fit our travel needs being close to the bus station. I was initially not aware of the train station across the street but caused no problem with noise. We didn't hear anything from the station. The room was clean and simplistic. The staff greeted us and were kind and efficient. The breakfast was great with buffet style, serve yourself amenities with great food and beverage choices. The breakfast room had a nice atmosphere. The immediate...
