"Loved it, beautiful entrance, beautiful setting. Very quiet. Basket of fresh apples out. Room was comfortable with lots of hooks to hang towels and clothes. Breakfast setting was so beautiful and the food was amazing. Location to town are perfect. Bonus about 8-10 curious owls was hanging around in the trees, what a treat. "Great stay. The apartment is modern and clean. It is about a 15 minute walk to old town but there is a nice grocery/convenience store just a few minutes walk away. The walk to old town is downhill which but coming back is a little bit of an uphill hike. The apartment I was in had a washing machine but no dryer which was a little inconvenient. Overall it was a nice, quiet, clean, and secure building which made for a great stay in Cluj."

"The electric kettle didn’t work but they supplied me with a working kettle immediately. Service was with a smile - from all. I requested a low floor in advance and was given one with two lovely views of trees. The reception desk personnel went above and beyond the basics by (for instance) helping me with questions - such as public transportation (minibus services) to the nearby Turda Salina salt mines. A note of warning: the hotel is close to many central attractions but you must walk up a very steep incline for about 5-8 minutes to reach the hotel on foot because there is no bus stop immediately close by. The reception clerk told me this and I wisely took a taxi to get there. But - I was able to depart on foot upon check out with my heavy suitcase on wheels because it’s a downhill walk to the nearest bus station. I’m very glad I visited Cluj with its lovely parks, many museums, helpful local people (most younger people speak English very well) and stunning architecture throughout."
