"When you arrive, there is no office. You must call the number posted on a large sign. I called the number but had to leave a message. After driving 13 hours the prior day and 10 hours the day I arrived, getting a voicemail when I needed a bathroom and wanted to check in was very frustrating. Some other guests told me the rooms are left unlocked, so I could just go in. My key would be inside. I went in to grab the key. The lanyard was on the table, but the key was missing. "This is a "self-check-in" lodge in the woods, easy to miss the dirt road leading to the property. The property does not have a sign saying "Hideaway lodge", it simply has the house number labelled "private property". You simply go in the lodge, at the appointed check-in time (NOT earlier!... of course the door in unlocked). Guests receive email with instructions but we did not get an email so we just showed up hoping someone will help us. The cleaners were very nice enough to help us. We enjoyed...

"The rooms were clean and the property amenities were awesome we really enjoyed our trip! The condos do not have AC something I didn’t know beforehand maybe I missed it but I’m not sure it was mentioned on the website to us to know beforehand. Luckily we were there early June and it was not too hot yet, but later in summer that may be an issue for some! All in all we loved our stay though!"
