We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. "Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"Très bel appart bien équipe mais le linge de lit est vieux. La couette était toute boulochee et pas douce au contact. Odeur de canalisation très forte qui sent jusque dans le reste de l’appart. On entend tout ce que fond les voisins (aspi a 7h du mat !! Parquet qui craque qd il marche..) Porte sdb coulissante mais bruyante (la nuit réveille les autres occupants dz l’appart)"
