"The experience was well below standard, and certainly not what we expected from a chain of this reputation. The behavior of the staff was poor — at the reception we were rudely told that check out will have to be at 8am(!). To make things worse, they called us at 7am, waking us up in deep sleep, to say that we have to vacate the room at 8am. At the restaurant, a man called Surya had terrible behavior - first making us wait for no reason, talking to us in what we now took to be customary rude behavior, then serving us cold tea, and then promising to serve warm tea at our table, only to call us to come collect our own tea from him as if he was doing us a massive favor. Safe to say I’ll never be staying at this hotel ever again, even though I’m a regular visitor to Puri. Avoid at all costs - there are many other better alternatives."

"Bed has lots of stains. Asked for change but they didn’t. Also has no options in breakfast what so ever. It was just a veg sandwich which comes in indo-Chinese style with cabbage leaves. Would not recommend and seems pricey for the amount I paid."

"I don’t know how they got such a high rating. Definitely deceptive. Staff is very friendly and some helpful. Cleanliness I give a 3 at most. Yes floors very kinda clean. But walls are dirty, linen had all kinds of stain. THERE WAS A ROACH! No WiFi in my room. And room service just for chai was slow "

"Carpet was super dirty, blanket had stain, no room services next day, front desk was very rude. Wasn’t worth it, nothing they showed in pictures . I wouldn’t recommend anyone again. "

"Even after confirmed booking of 3 rooms from GOROOMGO they denied giving 3rd room. After lots of argument between us and property owner, they allotted us the 3rd room. It was hell like experience. There is NO ROOM Service. They don't provide even a glass of water in room. Dirty bedsheet, blanket. Geyser not working. Don't book at this hotel."
