"No reservation in their system, no rooms available. The explanation was Some employee didn’t close the occupancy to Expedia.
This hotel is 1.5 hours out of the city ….
Is not easy to find an hotel when you have senior people … no excuses

Do not book this property. Although the hotel has changed its name to Tambo II, the listing for Hospedaje Panquilma remains active on both Hotels.com and Expedia, creating a misleading and inaccurate booking experience.
