"The property was in a central location close to everything. The host Mario was very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment had the most comfortable bed of our entire vacation."
"Property is well located and staff was really helpful. If going in a rental, make sure you call ahead of time to register the car with the city and have a parking spot in one of the nearby garages. Parking is definitely scarce in Ortigia.
The images from the hotel show a gym, that is a bit misleading."
"Bien situé si vous avez envie de marcher pour aller visiter Ostigia à pied. Il ne faut pas s’attendre à un grand confort! Acceptable pour une nuit! Pauvre petit déjeuner"
"Clean and comfortable. Nice welcome and spacious room. Breakfast is a little quirky as it’s all served à la carte. But there’s a good selection of items. I used the valet parking which took a long time to arrive when I was checking in but for check out the car was ready early. A nice stay. Would stay again."
"The staff was friendly and attentive. They were able to arrange a car for us back to Catania when our other travel option was no longer convenient.
Breakfast was delicious. The breakfast terrace has great views.
The location is fantastic. It is right on the harbour as you enter Ortygia.
The AC and TV worked fine.
The hotel needs a deep cleaning and a paint job. The toilet needed repairs. The terrace off our room needs a deep cleaning, fresh paint and the plants need maintenance. These 3 ...
"The room was clean and roomy. Close to bus station but do not try and walk from the train station. It's all uphill and sidewalks, if there are any, are small and bumpy.
It was close to the main attraction of Noto."
"The hotel is in a great location with everything in walking distance. The late check in was easy with our instructions posted on the door and a phone number to call first. We used WhatsApp. The room was clean and the size of a small apartment. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking garage was a three minute walk from the hotel. We would stay here again."
"The room had a small window but the sea view was wonderful. The hotel was well located within walking distance of the main sites and near several good restaurants and bars. The breakfast room was a very nicely decorated and comfortable space with a good range of food served. There were several seating areas and of course the large church within the premises. Unfortunately the bedroom and bathroom had an unpleasant and worrying smell especially the bathroom and perhaps we should have asked to...
"The hotel was very clean. Ms Sonia a staff was very pleasant and polite. She was very helpful with a kind heart. Breakfast was always ready on time and good. I will love to go back there again"
"Hotel is dated as should be expected being in the old city. Location is conveniently located to sites, restaurants, and shopping, The street entrance is on a narrow side street which does allow auto traffic, so you will need pull luggage @ 50 ft. from main street. But it is very secure, safe and quiet with a nice breakfast buffet."
"Location molto bella ma con scarsa manutenzione. Pulizie fatte male o non fatte proprio. Colazione molto scarsa: non cucinano nulla, neppure due uova. L offerta del buffet è molto scarsa e mancano completamente i “cartellini” che specificano i contenuti dei prodotti. Mancano i dispenser saponi in camera."
"A dificuldade está na comunicação, somente ao chegar na hospedagem soube que seria self-checkin. A pessoa falou no interfone que enviaria por email as instruções, e eu falava que não tinha Internet online, portanto o combinado antecipado que deixaria a bagagem lá antes do check-in não funcionou. A tarde, novamente ninguém para fazer o meu check-in. Até que um vizinho do hostel apareceu e fez a minha liberação."
