"Es la primera vez que tengo problemas con un hotel recomendado en expedia. Al llegar querían cobrarme por la estadía, la cual ya estaba pagada. No tenían ninguna información de expedia y tuve que esperar más de una hora para que lo resolvieran. El personal poco amable, con dificultades para hablar inglés. El desayuno no era del todo satisfactorio y solía acabarse antes de tiempo. Al hacer el checkout, nuevamente querían cobrarme por la estadía. Rl hotel es céntrico, pero no es de buena calidad....

"I could give more stars if I could. This is a lovely clean hotel with very polite and helpful staffs. The environment is so clean and quite we had a very good stay here. We were travelling from UK to Turkey by car. Our first stop stay was this hotel as we left the following day 2 hrs later the kind gentlemen called us and has said we've forgotten out passport folder with all our documents and passports so we had to turn back from Hungary back to the hotel.
